Plans, Billing & Fair Use

Version of 29 September 2026

You build your own plan from separate sections — Posts and AI — and pay the total. You only pay for the sections you choose, everyone keeps the free 30 posts a month, and every limit below is the same limit the app actually enforces.

This document is part of the Terms of Service. All prices are in euro and include VAT/sales tax unless we say otherwise at checkout. It is generated from the same plan list the app uses, so what is written here is what is applied.

1. The plans

  • Free — free

    • 30 posts a month
    • Up to 150 media files
    • Calendar, Library, approvals

    • Everything in Free

Limit: 100 posts a month, up to 1,000 stored media files.

  • Unlimited posts — €12.99 per month

    • Unlimited posts (fair use)
    • Up to 3,000 media files
    • Everything in Free

Limit: unlimited posts, subject to fair use (3,000 a month), up to 3,000 stored media files.

AI section (optional, pick one — independent of Posts)

    • Use MD without the paid AI features
  • AI post completion — €6.99 per month

    • Caption suggestions
    • Hashtag suggestions

Limit: 300 AI actions a month.

    • Everything in AI post completion
    • MD marketing AI: chat that reads your real results
    • Content ideas generated from your analytics
    • Advanced analytics & AI insights
    • Experiments and ad-strategy planning

Limit: 500 AI actions a month.

  • Hands-free voice agent — €44.99 per month(not available to buy yet)

    • Everything in Full AI agent
    • MD Autopilot: reads your past posts and how they performed, finds your best days and times, then writes and schedules a whole month of posts
    • Automatic monthly planning: it can start next month's plan by itself
    • You only approve, edit, rewrite or reject each post - nothing goes out without you
    • Hands-free voice: talk to MD and hear it answer, and ask it to plan your month

Limit: 1,500 AI actions a month.

Your monthly total is the price of your chosen Posts plan plus the price of your chosen AI plan. Example: 100 posts + AI post completion = €11.98 a month. You can change one section without touching the other.

2. What counts as a “post”

  • A post is counted at the moment you approve it or schedule it for publishing — per platform. One piece of content sent to three platforms is three posts.
  • Drafts, saved ideas and edits do not count.
  • If a post then fails permanently, or you cancel it before it is sent, the post is given back to your allowance automatically.
  • The allowance resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC). Unused posts do not roll over. When you have used them all, approving stops until next month or until you move to a bigger plan — drafts can still be saved.
  • “Unlimited” means unlimited for ordinary use, up to 3,000 posts a month plus the daily limits in the app. Automated or abusive volume is not ordinary use (section 6).

3. AI actions and help messages

AI plans include a monthly number of “AI actions”. Bigger AI tasks use more actions, because they cost more to run. This is what each one uses:

  • Caption, hashtag and best-time suggestions for one post: 1 action
  • One message to the general AI assistant: 2 actions
  • One message to the MD marketing AI (it reads your results): 5 actions
  • Generating content ideas from an analysis: 15 actions
  • Running an analysis of your results: 15 actions
  • A full analysis cycle: 20 actions
  • One monthly Autopilot plan (reads your past posts and results, then writes and schedules a month of drafts for your approval): 60 actions
  • Rewriting one Autopilot post, with or without an instruction: 3 actions
  • If an AI request fails on our side, the actions it would have used are given back.
  • Actions reset every calendar month (UTC), do not roll over, and when they run out the paid AI features pause until the month ends or you move to a bigger AI plan. The action numbers are a usage measure, not a promise of any number of outputs or of quality.
  • The built-in help assistant has its own allowance: 60 messages a month without a paid AI plan and 300 with one. After that it switches to basic, non-AI answers.
  • AI features may be unavailable or slower at times (for example when our AI provider has a problem). That is not a breach, and actions are not charged for failed requests.

4. Stored media

Each posts plan keeps up to a set number of media files in your library (Free 150; the paid amounts are in the plan list above). When you are at the limit you cannot add more until you delete some or move to a bigger plan. If you move to a smaller plan, nothing is deleted automatically, but you cannot add new files until you are under the new limit. Maximum size per upload is set in the app.

5. The free plan

The free plan has no time limit but is offered as-is, may be changed or withdrawn for new accounts, and can be limited or ended if it is being abused. One free account per person or organisation.

6. Fair use

Limits exist to keep MD fast and affordable for everyone. We may slow down, limit or suspend use that is automated, that goes far beyond normal use of a social media planner, that tries to get around a limit (for example with several accounts), or that puts load on the Service or on a platform’s systems. Repeated or serious cases may lead to suspension under the Terms.

7. The yearly option: 12 months for the price of 10

  • Only people who choose a 12-month plan get this: you pay 10 times the monthly total and the plan runs for 12 months. Monthly plans always cost the normal monthly price.
  • It is paid in advance for the whole period. Your posts and AI allowances still reset every month within the year — they are monthly allowances, not one big yearly pool.
  • At the end of the 12 months the plan ends and your account returns to the free plan unless it is renewed. How renewal works, if it applies, is shown at checkout before you pay and forms part of your purchase.
  • Cancelling a yearly plan stops future renewal; it does not refund the months already paid for, except where the law gives you that right (section 10).

8. How billing works

  • Paid monthly plans are recurring: they renew every month at the price shown until you cancel.
  • Online payment through a payment provider is being prepared. Until it opens, no plan can be bought online. A plan may be activated for you by us after you request it, on these same terms. When online payment opens, the checkout page will show the exact price, what is included, the renewal date and how to cancel before you pay.
  • Payments are handled by a payment provider (currently planned: Stripe). We do not see or store your full card number.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry it, pause paid features, and after a reasonable time return the account to the free plan. Your posts and data are not deleted for that reason alone.
  • Prices include VAT/sales tax at the rate that applies to you. We may add or change tax if the law requires it.

9. Changing, cancelling and price changes

  • Your commitment. A monthly plan runs for one month at a time and renews every month. A yearly plan is a commitment for 12 months, paid up front, and renews every 12 months. You can cancel at any time, but a cancellation only stops the next renewal: you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and that period is not refunded or shortened.
  • Upgrades (to a more expensive plan in the same billing period) can start at your next billing date, or immediately. If you choose immediately, you pay on the day of the change the price of the new plan for the rest of your current period, minus the unused credit of your current plan in that period; the exact calculation is shown before you confirm. Your billing date and your commitment period stay the same - an upgrade never adds months to your contract.
  • Monthly to yearly (to a plan that is at least the same) counts as an upgrade and can also start immediately: you then pay the 12-month price minus the unused credit of your current monthly period, and your 12-month commitment starts that day.
  • All other changes (for example to a cheaper plan, fewer features or from yearly to monthly billing) always start at your next billing date: you keep and pay for your current plan until the end of the period, including the full 12 months of a yearly plan. There is no refund or credit for such a change. A switch from monthly to yearly billing also starts at your next billing date.
  • Every plan change must be confirmed by you in MD. We keep a record of your confirmation - the exact wording you agreed to, the old and new plan and price, the date of the next bill, and the date, time, network address and browser from which you confirmed - as proof of your request. This record is kept for as long as the law requires for business records (currently 7 years), also if you delete your account.
  • We may limit how often a plan can be changed (currently 6 times per 24 hours) to prevent misuse.
  • We may change prices or plan contents. For existing paying customers, a price increase or a change that makes a plan materially worse applies only after at least 30 days’ notice in the app, and you may cancel before it applies. Prices for a period you have already paid never change.
  • Beta plans (for example the “Full AI agent (beta)” price) may move to a different price or content after notice as above.

10. Refunds and your right to withdraw

  • 14-day guarantee. Your first paid MD plan can be cancelled within 14 days of buying it using the "Cancel with refund" option on the Plans page. The plan then ends immediately and the unused credit of what you paid (calculated to the second) is refunded to your original payment method. The guarantee can be used once per account; it does not apply to later plans. We keep a record of your request as proof, like other billing records.
  • Apart from the 14-day guarantee, payments are not refundable, and we do not give refunds or credits for unused time, cancellations or plan changes, except where mandatory law requires it (see the next point).
  • If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital services that start straight away, we ask before payment that you (a) expressly ask for the service to start immediately, and (b) acknowledge that if you withdraw within the 14 days you must pay a proportionate amount for what you already used, and that once the service has been fully provided the right of withdrawal ends. Nothing here removes any other right you have under consumer law, including for a service that does not work as it should.
  • If a paid feature does not work for a reason on our side for an extended time, contact us. We will put it right, extend your period or refund the affected time, as fits the case.
  • Payment disputes (chargebacks) for a service you received may lead to the account being suspended while the matter is sorted out.

11. Features that are listed but not available

These are shown so you can see where MD is going. They are not for sale, cannot be relied on, and are not part of any plan you can buy today:

  • Hands-free voice agent (planned price €44.99 a month): not yet released

Anything labelled “coming soon”, “beta” or “not available yet”, in the app or in a plan description, is not promised, has no delivery date and can change or never appear. You are only charged for what is available when you buy. Even when automatic post-generation features are released, they only prepare drafts: nothing is published without your approval.

12. Platform limits still apply

A plan gives you MD’s allowance. It does not override a social platform’s own limits, review requirements or decisions (for example a daily upload limit or an app that has not yet been approved by that platform). A post that a platform refuses is not our failure, and the post is returned to your allowance.
